The community is quiet and requests tenants who adapt and want to live together respecting others. Parties and pets are totally forbidden and will be cause for breach of contract and immediate eviction. The statutes of coexistence with the community and lease agreement will be signed with the owner.
Here lives a lady (room 4) who can help in everything you need to settle in and with whom you can agree services such as cleaning, laundry, etc. to make life easier.
Proof of sufficient solvency will be required.
Costs (water, electricity and wifi) included with a maximum of level per month. The difference will be billed directly to the property.
