About the flat The apartment is completely renovated and brand new. It has three spacious bedrooms and all the comforts you’ll need to feel at home from day one. Shared areas like the kitchen and bathrooms have a regular cleaning service, so everything stays tidy and comfortable for everyone. Who I’m looking for I’m mainly looking for students or young professionals, but I’m open to other profiles too – as long as you’re respectful, clean, and easygoing. The flat is also ideal for remote workers or people who have been temporarily relocated to Madrid by their company, thanks to its comfort and excellent connectivity. Location – Barrio del Pilar The flat is located in Barrio del Pilar, just a few minutes away from Plaza Castilla and Ciudad Universitaria. You’ll find La Vaguada shopping center just 15 minutes away on foot, and all kinds of shops, pharmacies, hospitals, schools, and supermarkets in the surrounding area — everything you might need in your daily life is right here! The neighborhood is very well connected, with direct bus lines to Plaza Castilla, Callao and Moncloa (right in the center of Madrid). There are also two metro stations ( Line 7 y 9)in the area, making it super easy to get around the city quickly and conveniently.
