Fortunately, you won’t be confined to your private space! The kitchen gets natural light from a window, and it’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a separate room with two fridges, a washing machine, and a bit of extra storage space. There is also a fair-sized common living area with a sofa and chairs, as well as a dining table and a large streetview window. It’s a perfectly cozy space where you can relax, entertain and chat with your flatmates.

Aluche is a quiet urban area of Madrid, and if you glance at a map, you’ll know why. It’s a neighborhood surrounded by open green park spaces. To the north of your apartment, and only a 15-minute walk away, is the spectacular Casa de Campo with a zoo and an amusement park on its grounds. If you walk south or southeast, you’ll also run into another three smaller-scale parks. There are a few local cafés and restaurants just in case you aren’t in the mood for cooking, but there are ample markets and both Dia and Mercadona supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away.

  • Lucero (on Line 6) and Batan (on Line 10) are the closest metro stations to the apartment. It's only a 10-minute walk to reach either of them.
  • In addition to metro Line 10, the Laguna station connects to the Cercanías railway network, and it's only 15 minutes from the apartment.
  • Calle Sepúlveda is only 3 minutes away and it has several bus stops with day and night routes.
