Spotahome's opinion

The rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Calle de Rueza are ideal for female professionals. There are two shared bathrooms, and the bedrooms are located down a single hallway. Fortunately, you won’t be confined to your private space! The kitchen gets natural light from a window, and it’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a separate room with two fridges, a washing machine, and a bit of extra storage space. There is also a fair-sized common living area with a sofa and chairs, as well as a dining table and a large streetview window. It’s a perfectly cozy space where you can relax, entertain and chat with your flatmates.

Aluche is a quiet urban area of Madrid, and if you glance at a map, you’ll know why. It’s a neighborhood surrounded by open green park spaces. To the north of your apartment, and only a 15-minute walk away, is the spectacular Casa de Campo with a zoo and an amusement park on its grounds. If you walk south or southeast, you’ll also run into another three smaller-scale parks. There are a few local cafés and restaurants just in case you aren’t in the mood for cooking, but there are ample markets and both Dia and Mercadona supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has great storage spaces and a large common area to eat and relax.
  • The area has great public transport connections to other areas in Madrid.
  • It’s fantastic to be in the city, yet so close to gorgeous parks and green spaces.
  • You don’t have to walk far for small markets or larger supermarkets.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.

    Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

      Identification document (ID card or passport)
    • Proof of solvency
      Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)

    • Lucero (on Line 6) and Batan (on Line 10) are the closest metro stations to the apartment. It's only a 10-minute walk to reach either of them.
    • In addition to metro Line 10, the Laguna station connects to the Cercanías railway network, and it's only 15 minutes from the apartment.
    • Calle Sepúlveda is only 3 minutes away and it has several bus stops with day and night routes.
