Situado en Calle Acuario, 28, el piso se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie del Metro Barajas (Línea 8), que conecta directamente con el centro de Madrid y con el Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas en solo unos minutos. En la zona también hay varias líneas de autobús (101), supermercados como el Ahorramás a 2min andando), bares, farmacias y todo tipo de servicios. Además, estás cerca del Parque Juan Carlos I, ideal para hacer deporte o disfrutar al aire libre. Se alquila por habitaciones, cada una equipada para una estancia confortable.
