En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la sala de estar es amplia y luminosa, perfecta para relajarse o compartir con compañeros: incluye sofá, televisión, mesa de comedor y una barra americana en la cocina. La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera, horno, microondas, menaje, cubertería y espacio de almacenamiento, además de contar con dos baños compartidos con plato de ducha.
