La habitación es muy luminosa gracias a su gran ventanal y está equipada con cama individual, armario espacioso, mesita de noche con lámpara, escritorio con lámpara y silla, perfecta para estudiar o trabajar desde casa. La vivienda cuenta con calefacción por gas natural, ideal para los meses fríos.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la sala de estar es amplia y luminosa, perfecta para relajarse o compartir con compañeros: incluye sofá, televisión, mesa de comedor y una barra americana en la cocina.
