Very comfortable and bright flat in one of the best areas of Carabanchel. A five-minute walk from the Green Line of the Madrid Metro (Eugenia de Montijo and Carabanchel), which will take you to the centre, La Latina, in twenty minutes. The neighbourhood offers all the retail outlets you need (shops, bars, bakeries, etc.) and all the services such as banks. It is one street away from the Blanca Fernández Ochoa Municipal Sports Centre and a couple of blocks from the Vista Alegre Gardens. The flat has air conditioning in bedrooms one and four, and ceiling fans in bedrooms two and three, perfect for summer stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, and a full set of kitchenware to share. The bathroom has a shower tray and a mirror with its own lighting and anti-fogging system. The bedrooms include all the comforts such as thick mattresses, spacious wardrobes, desks and bedside tables.
