48 hours before checking in, it is essential that:
- You have the signed and completed contract.
- The mandatory payments have been made:
- Security deposit.
- First monthly payment.
- Membership (admin fee).
- In addition, you must contact our team in advance through the owner's customer area to confirm your arrival date and time.
- If your move-in date is on or after the 16th of the month, the payment you make to Spotahome will be used to cover the following month. The 15 days of the current month must be paid to the landlord before check-in.

- The closest metro stations are Palos de la Frontera (line 3), which is a 2-minute walk from your door and Atocha (line 1), about a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction, where you can catch high speed trains to nearby towns such as Toldeo and Segovia.
- The Delicias Cercanias station is about a 5-minute walk away and it can connect you to Atocha and other stations in the outskirts of Madrid, including the airport.
- There are also several bus lines that pass by on Paseo de las Delicias and the stops are conveniently located just around the corner from the property.
