La habitación se encuentra en un piso de tres habitaciones (dos individuales y una doble), que comparten baño y cocina. La habitación tiene una cama de uno treinta y cinco y podría ser ocupada por una pareja (consultar tarifas para ocupación doble). Tiene armario, un escritorio, nevera individual y Smart TV. Todo el edificio ha sido totalmente renovado (cuatro estudios y un piso con tres habitaciones) y está listo para entrar a vivir. El piso compartido dispone de una cocina equipada con vitrocerámica, microondas, lavadora-secadora y lavavajillas. Contamos con un patio en planta baja, que es accesible y común para todas las viviendas, un agradable lugar donde socializar con tus co-livers.
Las mascotas son bienvenidas en los estudios, siempre y cuando se comporten bien, no dañen los muebles y no molesten. Queremos que todos, tanto humanos como animales, disfruten de un ambiente de vida agradable. (Hay un suplemento de cincuenta€/mes por mascota)
