La conviviencia es muy tranquila, se trata de un piso ideal para personas que estudian y/o trabajan y desean un espacio silencioso y bien comunicado.
Los baños y la cocina están reformados en octubre del año pasado.
El barrio y los alrededores son excelentes, hay trasnporte público en la puerta del edificio.
