Zona muy comercial con todo tipo de servicios a pocos minutos, culturales, educativos, asistenciales y de recreo, con muchas terrazas, gimnasios, zonas de ocio, restaurantes, parques y supermercados. Muy cerca de la torre Picasso, complejo empresarial y comercial AZCA, junto al Paseo de la Castellana, en el corazón financiero de la capital española, la universidad Complutense y del centro del IE University.
