Neighborhood information

Fuencarral-El Pardo
Residential and relaxed

Overview
Many a song is sung for Peace. But no one sings for Peace and Quiet. Which is a shame. Peace and Quiet is important too.

Fuencarral-El Pardo is peaceful. It’s also quiet. It might be right for you.

It’s made up of many neighbourhoods, including Barrio del Pilar, Mirasierra, Peñagrande and La Paz.

The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid is close.

So it’s good for families, and it’s good for students.

Is it for you?

What can I do here?
Go for a walk in one of the many parks – find your Zen.

Zen found, go shopping in La Vaguada shopping centre. It has Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Desigual, El Corte Inglés…. Less crowded than Gran Vía, and there is a cinema. (Watching films is a good way to practise your Spanish.)

Diplomatic fact
Fuencarral-El Pardo is the #1 destination for foreign heads of state in Madrid. Power. Full.

Can I afford it?
€€ (mid-range)
