Dispone de una cama en alto de 120x200. Bajo la cama hay un sofá y una mesa donde se puede comer o ver la tele. Tiene un armario empotrado de gran capacidad y en su interior hay un frigorífico de uso privado. Se alquila con mesa de escritorio y lámpara. Tienen calefacción y aire acondicionado centralizado. La puerta tiene llave.
AMBIENTE:
El ambiente es tranquilo y agradable, un lugar perfecto para descansar después de un día largo de trabajo o de estudio. Al no disponer de salón no se suele hacer mucha vida en común, eso si, hay BUENA CONVIVENCIA y RESPETO entre todos los compañeros del piso. Disponemos de unas normas de covivencia. Buscamos gente tranquila y poco ruidosa de trato facil SIN PREJUICIOS hacia otras personas.
PISO:
Al no tener que limpiar y disponer de unas normas de obligado cumplimiento, se mantiene limpio y ordenado. El piso dispone de una cocina totalmente amueblada con 2 vitrocerámicas, 1 lavadora, 1 horno, 1 microondas y un congelador muy amplio. Hay 2 baños completos con una ducha cada uno para compartir. No dispone de salón.
COMUNICACIÓN:
A menos de 1 min de la boca de Metro PORTAZGO (Línea 1 directa a SOL Y ATOCHA) y a 1 min de la parada de autobús.
UBICACIÓN:
El edificio se encuentra en la misma Avenida de la Albufera en el barrio de Vallecas, muy cerca del campo de fútbol del Rayo Vallecano. En la zona hay varios supermercados.
EDIFICIO:
El edificio tiene la entrada en la misma Avenida, bien iluminada y con mucho tránsito. Dispone de ascensor.
