Somos una madre y una hija estudiante que tenemos a disposición una habitación con baño incluido dentro de la habitación para una chica estudiante. Las zonas comunes son el salón y la cocina. Convivimos con dos mascotas, un perro grande y muy cariñoso, es muy y tranquilo, y también un conejo. Son parte de nuestra familia, asique tendría que ser una persona que no le importe convivir con animales. La urbanización consta con piscina, padel y gimnasio.
Transporte publico: Esta el metro Las Tablas a 500 metros de casa, enfrente está el metro ligero, también tenemos la parada de autobús enfrente la línea 175 para ir hasta plaza Castilla directamente, también hay un autobús en la puerta de casa que lleva directamente a la Renfe-Cercanias de Fuencarral.
