Dentro del distrito de Fuencarral-El Pardo, (zona norte) se encuentra este piso de habitaciones compartidas ubicado en la Avenida del Cardenal Herrera Oria.
El piso goza de una excelente comunicación gracias a su cercanía con dos estaciones de metro: Avenida de la Ilustración, a solo 5 minutos a pie, y Lacoma, a unos 7 minutos a pie, ambas pertenecientes a la Línea 7. Además, cuenta con varias líneas de autobús muy próximas, lo que facilita el desplazamiento hacia distintos puntos de la ciudad. A 30 minutos se encuentra IE University - IE Tower, Facultad de Medicina UAM y a 15 minutos IES Príncipe Felipe.
Uno de los grandes atractivos de esta zona son sus espacios verdes. Muy cerca del piso se encuentran el Parque de las Milaneras y el Parque de Pinares Llanos, perfectos para desconectar, hacer deporte o disfrutar del aire libre.
