- Provide personal documentation and proof of your temporary stay.
- The age required is from 18 years to 35 years old.
- Respect the rules of coexistence, both in the dwelling and in the neighborhood community, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Visits from friends and family must be agreed upon with the other flatmates.Under no circumstances are such visitors allowed to stay overnight in the house.
- Do not smoke inside the house, including your own room.
