Brand new apartment. It has been recently refurbished. There are three rooms, very spacious and they benefit from a lot of natural light. All rooms count with large wardrobe and fans.
All rooms have big beds.
Excellent location within San Cristóbal de Los Angeles (Villaverde neighborhood). It’s very well connected with city center and southern part of Madrid. Nearby there is metro stop, ten minutes walking distance. Additionally, there is a train station named “San Cristobal de Los Angeles”, just five min walking away. By train, it takes just two stops til ATOCHA (hub transportation).
Within the area, there are a lot of services such as supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, among others.
