Only for Native english speakers. I’ve lived abroad before, sharing flats with people from different cultures, and it was an amazing experience. Now, I’d love to be the host in my own country and create a welcoming environment in Madrid. In a House with two floors. Only 2 people living. ​ Fully furnished room: 135 cm bed with storage (ottoman bed) Large wardrobe Desk and chair Mirror ​ Room equipment: 1 set of bed sheets and a duvet 1 set of towels ​ Bathroom: Private bathroom for shower use. Shared use for toilet and washing machine. ​ The house: Fully equipped Air conditioning / heat pump and electric fireplace. Large terrace with outdoor sofas and TV (smoking area) ​ Cleaning of shared common areas: After using any area or item, everything must be left clean and tidy once you have finished. ​ Visitors policy: Are allowed on alternate days. No visitor may stay in the house for more than 24 hours, and no other visits will be allowed the following day. For stays longer than 24 hours, prior approval is requireud. ​ Public transport – 4 minutes away García Noblejas, Metro station (Line 7) with multiple urban, night, and intercity bus connections.
