Only for Native english speakers. I’ve lived abroad before, sharing flats with people from different cultures, and it was an amazing experience. Now, I’d love to be the host in my own country and create a welcoming environment in Madrid. In a House with two floors. Only 2 people living. ​ Fully furnished room: 135 cm bed with storage (ottoman bed) Large wardrobe Desk and chair Mirror ​ Room equipment: 1 set of bed sheets and a duvet 1 set of towels ​ Bathroom: Private bathroom for shower use. Shared use for toilet and washing machine. ​ The house: Fully equipped Air conditioning / heat pump and electric fireplace. Large terrace with outdoor sofas and TV (smoking area) ​ Cleaning of shared common areas: After using any area or item, everything must be left clean and tidy once you have finished. ​ Visitors policy: Are allowed on alternate days. No visitor may stay in the house for more than 24 hours, and no other visits will be allowed the following day. For stays longer than 24 hours, prior approval is requireud. ​ Public transport – 4 minutes away García Noblejas, Metro station (Line 7) with multiple urban, night, and intercity bus connections. ​ **House Rules** ​ - Cleaning of common areas will be organized among housemates in shifts, according to everyone’s availability. - After using anything in a shared space, it must be left clean and returned to its proper place. - Overnight visits are allowed on alternating days (one day yes, one day no), using common sense. Exceptions can be made for travelers with prior notice. - Good compatibility and respect among housemates are essential to maintain a harmonious home. Romantic or sexual relationships between housemates are not allowed. - Smoking is only permitted in common areas such as the terrace or gallery. - I will take care of shared purchases and the cost will be split among housemates. This includes jumbo paper rolls, toilet paper, aluminum foil and cling film, trash bags, and cleaning supplies for common areas (dish soap, floor cleaner, degreaser, etc.). Laundry detergents and fabric softeners are not included. - Shared utility bills (electricity) will be divided equally each month. Water bills will also be split if they exceed €20, with full details provided. - I will send all expenses (purchases and bills) via WhatsApp, and payment (transfer or cash) should be made in the days following receipt of the detailed amounts. - In case of damage or breakage of any furniture, utensils, or household items, they must be replaced with the same item or the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
