Gimnasio, Sauna, vestuarios, salón social de recreo.  La comunidad es muy amena,  conviven propietarios con inquilinos estudiantes de IE y otras escuelas de negocios privadas. La zona muy cómoda con diversas tiendas, mercado y supermercados alrededor.  Salida directa al aeropuerto M-30 y M-40 - A1 y A2. Lineas de Metro 4-6 y 9- Autobuses 9-73-29-52, entre otras. Conserje físico durante 24h. . 1 mes de fianza y garantías de pago.
