There are rooms for rent in this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle de Ayala in Salamanca. The 141 m² footprint includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, while the bathrooms both have a shower over bath, toilet and sink.
There is a supermarket and several other stores within a 5-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants as well. The El Retiro Park is also within a 20-minute walk.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.
- 24 hours to check your new homeIf the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve it.
