El piso está ubicado en el distrito Retiro y puedes ir caminando al parque del Retiro en pocos minutos.
La mayoría del tiempo estarás solo en casa ya que debido a mi trabajo estoy la mayoría del día fuera. Y algunos fines de semana incluso salgo de Madrid, por lo que tendrás mucha tranquilidad y el piso para tí.
Está muy bien comunicado por metro, cerca tenemos Metro Pacífico y Puente de Vallecas. Además de los autobuses.
Para la compra de comida está cerca Supermercado Día, Mercadona, también un Carrefour abierto día y noche. Restaurantes, bares y tiendas de alimentación bastante cerca de casa.
