You'll love these contemporary, comfortable rooms for rent in a totally modern and chic 5-floor residence on Calle Brisa in Vallehermoso. Each room is stylishly decorated and some have en-suite bathroom. There is a large kitchen with 2 double sinks and multiple stove tops, where each room has its own assigned cupboard, with a lock. There are also spacious common areas with comfortable seating, games, and entertainment.
There are 6 rooms types available: Deluxe Bronze, Doble Silver, Deluxe Plus Silver, Confort Silver, Deluxe Gold, Confort Gold, each with slightly varying contents, sizes, and prices.
The residence location is ideal for students. You are right next to the Ciudad Universitaria and have several campuses nearby, including Politécnica de Madrid, Universidad CEU San Pablo, and Universidad Compultense Madrid. Although there is plenty to keep you entertained at home, take a walk and explore the many tapas bars in the area. When you get tired of feeling like a student or foreigner, jump on the Metro to head to some of Madrid's charming and lively neighborhoods.
