All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and come fully furnished with a bed, desk, standalone wardrobe, and AC.
Distributed among the 7 floors are a multitude of common areas such as a living room, kitchen, laundry room, cinema zone, library, and gym. The residence provides everything you may need to succeed in your work or studies, and have fun while doing it!
In Salamanca, the residence is located in a desirable location, just minutes from Madrid's beautiful Retiro Park. Within a 10-minute walk of the apartment you have shops such as H&M and Zara, as well as the Museo Arquelógico Nacional and other museums.You are also well-connected to the city by bus and metro, able to reach the Universidad Potifica Comillas ICAI-ICADE in about 30 minutes and the IE Business School in less than 20.

What we liked the most
- There is a catering service available, for an extra cost, which provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- You can choose to share a room or rent a room all to yourself.
- You'll get plenty of exercise walking around Madrid, but just in case you have a private gym as well.
- There is 24-hour library available for private use of the tenants.
- You won't have to go far for entertainment, with access to a cinema zone and play room with ping pong, pool, and board games.
- The residence is central! You are a short walk to Cibeles, a major bus hub, and Retiro Park.
