Buscamos estudiantes o jóvenes profesionales dispuestas a respetar las normas de convivencia y tranquilidad de la casa. No se permite fumar ni mascotas. Al ser contrato temporal, no permite empadronamiento.
Tu Espacio Privado:
Dormitorio: Cama queen con colchón de muelles de alta calidad, canapé hidráulico de gran almacenaje y amplios armarios. Incluye ropa de cama y toallas.
Salón privado: muy luminoso, con sol directo, sofá, sillón de lectura y comedor.
Baño privado: de uso exclusivo para ti (situado justo al salir de la habitación).
El Piso y Servicios:
Cocina completa compartida (con solo cuatro personas) equipada con horno, microondas y lavadora. Saloncito común muy soleado. Gastos incluidos hasta un máximo (Wi-Fi, limpieza de zonas comunes, A/C, calefacción, agua y luz). Ambiente muy seguro y acogedor (propietario vive al final del pasillo).

Metro Línea azul y bus en la puerta. Carrefour siempre abierto y Lidl abajo. A cinco min a pie de Sol, Plaza Mayor y Mercado de San Miguel. Los domingos, disfruta del Rastro en la puerta.
