Rodeada de hospitales, La Paz, Ramón y Cajal, Clínica Cemtro, Ruber Internacional, Carlos III. Ideal para universitarios, investigadores, profesionales, residentes médicos, personal docente, profesores visitantes, investigadores. Zona muy buena y segura, dotada de servicios, hoteles, bancos, farmacias, colegios, supermercados, restaurantes, centros comerciales (La Vaguada y Caleido), parques, polideportivos, IE University y Centro Financiero Cuatro. Magníficamente comunicado, con todo tipo de transportes públicos diurnos y nocturnos, con el centro de Madrid, con la Universidad Autónoma y con la Ciudad Universitaria. Incluido en el precio todos los gastos de consumos de agua, luz, gas, internet, ropa de cama y baño, y limpieza dos días por semana semana. El precio es por meses completos, no se prorratean los días; si el primer o último mes la estancia fuera menor o igual a 15 días, se cobraría medio mes. Trato exquisito.
