El piso y la habitación están recien reformados en Agosto. El Barrio de Las Letras es uno de los mejores barrios del centro de Madrid, situado en el triángulo de oro de la cultura, en el medio del Museo de Prado, Museo Reina Sofía y Museo Thyssen. Es una calle muy tranquila, pero un poco más allá hay zonas de ocio como terrazas, restaurantes, etc.... Está en frente del Jardín Botánico y a pocos minutos andando del Parque del Retiro. La habitación es grande y luminosa. Totalmente equipada, y las zonas comunes son amplias y equipadas.
Para formalizar la reserva, es necesario aportar un documento que justifique el motivo de la estancia temporal. Este documento se incluirá como prueba de temporalidad en el contrato.
Algunos ejemplos de documentación válida son:
- Carta de admisión a un programa de estudios en un centro educativo.
- Carta de asignación temporal o certificado de una empresa que acredite un traslado o trabajo temporal.
