El inquilino dispondrá de sala de estar privada y baño privado, reformado. La vivienda cuenta además con una cocina americana compartida, también reformada y totalmente equipada.
Excelente ubicación junto al Parque de Roma, con todos los servicios cercanos y muy buenas conexiones de transporte. A pocos minutos de la Línea nueve de Metro y con varias líneas de autobús que conectan directamente con Goya, Sol y el Parque del Retiro (veinte minutos).
