Looking for a third female roommate who is responsible, VERY clean, and tidy, to share an apartment with two other girls.
The room is very spacious, furnished with a double bed and nightstands, featuring built-in wardrobes and a bathroom shared with only one other girl.
The entire apartment is newly renovated and everything is brand new: it's very bright, has an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room, a very large terrace with artificial grass, heating, a dishwasher, etc.
It has a great location: just minutes by car from the center of Madrid and also some more minutes by metro (Puerta del Ángel - Alto de Extremadura area).
To move in, proof of financial solvency is required. The conditions are one month's deposit and the current month's rent, with a minimum stay of six months or more. If the person is foreign or a student, an extra month's deposit will be required. Utility bills are not included in the rent price; they are separate, but usually do not exceed fifty euros per month (except in winter, when heating costs may vary).
I would like the person to be calm and respect the rest, privacy, and coexistence of everyone.
