El piso tiene una luz preciosa en todas las estancias y vistas despejadas en todas las direcciones. Está en perfecto estado, recién pintado y con todo el mobiliario y el equipamiento nuevos. No hay ruidos de tráfico a ninguna hora. Es una zona muy tranquila con muchas zonas verdes ideal para la práctica de cualquier actividad al aire libre. Está muy bien comunicado por metro y autobuses a un minuto de la puerta. Hay tiendas de todo tipo en la zona: supermercados, farmacia, ambulatorio, gimnasios, cafeterías, restaurantes, etc. El piso cuenta con varios espacios de convivencia entre los inquilinos; además del comedor, tiene un salón con dos sofás y Smart tv y una terraza con un banco de madera, para que no tengas que estar todo el tiempo encerrado en tu habitación.
