Contratos de temporada de hasta un año. Al lado de Metro Estrella y Sainz Baranda, y varios buses que comunican con gran parte de madrid.
Todo incluido: luz, agua, gas, WiFi y limpieza semanal de zonas comunes (con límite de consumo mensual indicado en contrato).
Para reservar: mes de fianza + mes de alquiler + reserva no reembolsable, junto con DNI y justificante de estudios/trabajo.
