Bright, furnished room in a flat in the La Latina district, Madrid. Located just a few minutes from Puerta del Ángel metro station, with several bus lines that get you to the city center in fifteen minutes. Supermarket right across the street and Complutense University just thirty minutes away by public transport.
The room has good natural light, an XL single bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and shared bathroom, plus a communal courtyard and a garden on the street.
Urgent — available from October, and short stays are preferred. We are not able to provide documents for census registration (empadronamiento).
Family-friendly environment; patience and a good attitude with children are appreciated.
We also speak English at home, so if you're a foreigner, communication may be easier.
