There are rooms for rent in this modern 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a generous 120 m² footprint on Calle de Mauricio Legendre in Nueva España. The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook. Both bathrooms have a toilet and sink, while one has a bath and the other has a shower.
There are several shops within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, including a bank and supermarket. The Parque Cuarto Depósito is also within walking distance, while the larger Parque Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún is a half-hour away.
