There are rooms for rent in this modern 8-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle de Fernán Gonzalez in Retiro. The kitchen has a table and chairs, so you can sit down for a home-cooked meal with your flatmates, and the living room has a large sofa and TV.
On a good day you can walk to El Retiro Park and explore the Palacio de Cristal and La Rosaleda. If the weather isn't great, catch a movie at the cinema just around the corner, or bus to the nearby National Archaeological Museum.
Important: This landlord has taken 2 rooms out of service on this floor to maintain the safe distance and a good coexistence. There are 8 rooms in the flat but just 6 for rent
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can easily explore everything Madrid has to offer.
- This apartment has a reception for added convenience.
- Both of the bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is no AC in this apartment.
