There are rooms for rent in this contemporary, 160 m² 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment on Calle Oterio in Guindalera and Fuente del Berro. The living room is a great space to relax with your flatmates and catch up on your favourite TV shows. Just around the corner from the living room is a similarly well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space.

On a good day you can walk to Parque de las Avenidas to enjoy the weather, and on the way there you can pick up some food at one of the nearby restaurants. If you're looking for a bit of culture, the Museo Taurino and Plaza des Toros de Las Ventas are both within a 15-minute walk.

Room description

Bedroom 2 is a tidy room with a single bed, desk, heating and a balcony with a street view. This room also has a chest of drawers, shelving and a standalone wardrobe.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport, so you can get to the centre of Madrid in around half an hour.
  • There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
  • All the bathrooms are modern and have a shower, sink and toilet.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so you will need to hang your clothes up to dry.
