Rooms in this 4-bedroom apartment in Tetuán are available to rent. Each room has a private key and is like a studio with a bedroom and living room area, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette. There is also a shared kitchen and dining room, where you have more storage space and an electric stove top.
Tetuán is s residential district of Madrid where you will get to practice your Spanish among the locals. You have plenty of basic amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and other small shops. You are also within a 10-minute walk of 2 Metro stops, providing great connections to other parts of the city.

- Each room is like an independent studio.
- Bedroom 3 has an interior patio.
- You are well-connected by Metro.
- There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- Only the shared kitchen has a stove top.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

For self-employed: Last income tax return
For students:
- University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property
- The salary of the parent must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
For Professionals:
- Work contract: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
- The salary of the tenant must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
- Last two Pay slips.
- Spanish Vida Laboral, if applicable
- Regular Home address
Payment method: bank transfer.
Check-in:
- Check-in and the sign of the contract is at the apartment.
Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:
- Room shared: between €75 and €120 + VAT
- Studios: between €90 and €120 + VAT
- Apartments: between €120 and €180+ VAT
In addition, in shared rooms a cleaning fee of 60€ will be charged for the cleaning of the common areas.
Bed linen optional: 125€ per bed (Includes duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow cases, bottom sheet, top sheet and bed cover)
TV optional (Smart TV 32”): 25€ per month

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
