There are rooms for rent in this 80 m² 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle Alozania in Usera. The living room is a great space to relax with your flatmates, as it has a table and chairs as well as a sofa, while the kitchen has everything you need to cook as well as a microwave and an oven.

There is a supermarket and a few other stores within a 10-minute walk so you don't need to go far for the essentials. Usera is also home to the large Parque de Pradolongo which is a great space to relax when the sun is shining. The Caja Mágica is only a 20-minute walk away as well, so there is plenty to please near this apartment.

What we liked the most

  • There is a large terrace which can be accessed from the living room, and is a great space to get some sunshine.
  • The tidy bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
  • There is heating and AC in some rooms to keep you comfortable year round.
  • Usera is well-connected by public transport, so the centre of Madrid is only half-an-hour away by Metro.
