There are rooms for rent in this modern 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Calle Humanes in Puente de Vallecas. The contemporary kitchen has everything you need to cook as well as plenty of cupboard and bench space. Just off the kitchen is a table and chairs, so when you're done cooking you can sit down and enjoy your meal with your flatmates.
This apartment is located just outside the centre of Madrid and it is surrounded by parks, so it's great for the nature-lover. Parque del Cerro del Tio Pio is the closest, while the larger Cuña Verde Park is just over a half-hour walk away. The Faunia zoo is also accessible by bus and Metro.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a tidy room with a single bed, and plenty of storage including a chest of drawers and a standalone wardrobe. This bedroom also has a window with a street view to let in sunlight and a desk.

- There is an alcove in the corridor which doubles as a living room where you can relax and watch some TV with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport so you can see everything Madrid has to offer easily.
- Both bathrooms have toilets, while one has a large bath and the other has a shower.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
