Fortnightly
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.
Important information:48 hours before checking in, it is essential that:
If your move-in date is on or after the 16th of the month, the payment you make to Spotahome will be used to cover the following month. The 15 days of the current month must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
If you request an extension covering a year other than the original booking, you will have to pay the Admin Fee again.
