There is a cozy bedroom available to rent to couples and individuals in this 3-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlady. The spacious 180 m² apartment has a spacious kitchen, sunny living room, and an en-suite bathroom for the available room. The living room has a large bookshelf full of books and a cozy couch and flat-screen TV near the large windows. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Hortaleza is a lovely residential district of Madrid located near the airport. If you are looking for modern and large residences, this is the place for you. On Calle de Sándalo, you are conveniently located near a Metro stop and just a 10-minute walk to the popular El Corte Inglés department store. When you do want to head into the city, it takes you about 40 minutes by Metro.
