Sunny rooms are available to rent in a stylish apartment with a lovely terrace near Plaza de Castilla and Chamartín. The apartment has a gorgeous living room, where you can hang out on the comfortable couch, step outside onto the gorgeous terrace, or spend time getting to know your new flatmates over a delicious meal at the dining table. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, and a washing machine.
The rooms for rent are all sunny and spacious, and each is well-furnished with a cozy bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and lovely tiling.
You'll be living in Nueva España, just a 5-minute walk from Madrid's busy and upscale Plaza de Castilla. You'll have it all around here, with lots of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, and shops nearby. And, with Chamartín Station just a short walk from the property, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid-- or in Spain!
