This 8-bedroom apartment starts with the common space which includes the kitchen, dining table and the living room with TV. It has been designed to be a very convenient space where you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and have delicious meals in the 8-seater dining table or in the sofa while watching the TV. The rooms are very similar in decor however they differ in size. For instance room 7 and 8 are less spacious. Thus, the prices also vary accordingly.
Although the apartment is located in a residential area, there are plenty of things to do around. If you are an Atlético de Madrid fan, the Vicente Calderón stadium is located only 10 minutes away. You also have the Madrid river close by where you can take beautiful walks by the river. If you love bars and restaurants, La Latina, the trendiest neighborhood in Madrid is only 15 minutes walk away. Thus, you can have the best of both worlds; close to the quiet parks as well as the bustling city, by living here!

Bedroom 8 is a cosy room that comes furnished with a double bed, a wooden built-in wardrobe, a bedside table and a study desk. Like rest of the apartment, it has minimalist decor.

- The apartment is very well organized for an 8-bedroom apartment. Each tenant has their own space.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can save a lot from kitchen-shopping.
- Most of the rooms are very spacious and have lots of natural light due to the large windows.
- The location is very close to the city center as well as to the parks in Madrid.
