El apartamento se encuentra a solo una calle de la Plaza Prosperidad (línea cuatro). Tiene una parada de autobús a escasos pasos (línea nueve que te lleva al IE) y si estudias en EAE estarás a pocos minutos a pie de sus dos sedes.

This spacious 4-bedroom apartment on Calle Mantuano, in Chamartín is fully furnished and has a clean, stylish decor. The bright property has modern equipped kitchen, and there is a stylishly furnished living room with sofas and a dining table. There are 3 well appointed bedrooms, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in Chamartín, a true locals locale north of central Madrid. This football mad barrio is home to the famous Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, and catching a Real Madrid game is a must if you live around these parts. The Metro is very handy too, so getting around is a breeze.

Es un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones, un baño, una pequeña zona de comedor y cocina equipada con cocina, horno, microondas, vajilla y una lavadora. Todos, cuentan con armarios, mesas de estudio con lámpara, juego de sábanas y toallas.
El apartamento se encuentra a solo una calle de la Plaza Prosperidad (línea de metro 4). Tiene una parada de autobús a escasos pasos (línea 9 que te lleva al IE) y si estudias en EAE estarás a escasos minutos a pie de cualquiera de sus dos sedes. Además, hay un supermercado cruzando la calle (además de muchos otros cercanos), tiendas y restaurantes, pero en un barrio tranquilo y seguro.

- Chamartín is a laid back spot, outside the tourist shuffle, but well connected to where you need to go.
- The apartment has a clean, modern decor, and stylish furnishings throughout.
- Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with plenty of bench space to cook.
- The lovely living room has sofas, a TV, and a dining table.
