Se trata de un amplio piso perfecto para estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales, bien comunicado, completamente amueblado, equipado y muy cerca de la Plaza de Prosperidad.
Es un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones, un baño, una pequeña zona de comedor y cocina equipada con cocina, horno, microondas, vajilla y lavadora. Todos, cuentan con armarios, mesas de estudio con lámpara, juego de sábanas y toallas.
El apartamento se encuentra a solo una calle de la Plaza Prosperidad (línea cuatro). Tiene una parada de autobús a escasos pasos (línea nueve que te lleva al IE) y si estudias en EAE estarás a pocos minutos a pie de sus dos sedes.
