The apartment is located in Chamartín, a true locals locale north of central Madrid. This football mad barrio is home to the famous Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, and catching a Real Madrid game is a must if you live around these parts. The Metro is very handy too, so getting around is a breeze.

Tiene una parada de autobús a escasos pasos (línea 9 que te lleva al IE) y si estudias en EAE estarás a escasos minutos a pie de cualquiera de sus dos sedes. Además, hay un supermercado cruzando la calle (además de muchos otros cercanos), tiendas y restaurantes, pero en un barrio tranquilo y seguro.
