El piso está en cerca del Metro Vista Alegre, hay buena combinación con transporte público, que en 20 minutos estás en el Centro. Es un barrio tranquilo, con supermercados, comercios y todos los servicios que necesitas. El vecindario es tranquilo, prácticamente gente mayor. Y en casa, ahora hay viviendo un chico y un chico invidente y un gatito. Es un primer piso y todas las ventanas dan a la calle, que tiene poco tráfico. También hay zona de ocio en plan terrazas a unos 100 m.
