There are rooms for rent in this modern 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle de Fausta Elorz in Usera. The 50 m² footprint includes a living room, which opens on to the kitchen. Both spaces are well-equipped with the essentials, including a TV to catch up on your favourite shows, and a microwave and full-sized refrigerator. The bathroom is stylishly tiled, and has a shower, sink and toilet.
If you feel like exploring Madrid and getting some great snapshots of the city, you'll be pleased to know that Puente de Toledo bridge is just over a 20-minute walk away, and the Madrid Río park is just a little further. You'll also find the Matadero Madrid cultural centre within walking distance. There are also a handful of restaurants and shops nearby so you don't need to go into the city centre to get the essentials.

Bedroom 1 is a tidy room with a single bed and plenty of storage, including a chest of drawers and large standalone wardrobe. This room also has a window by the bed, which has a street view and will let in plenty of summer sun.
