Spotahome's opinion
This is a lovely apartment with plenty of space to spread out in. The large living room opens out onto a big balcony. Being on the 18th floor, when the windows are open this apartment has a nice cool breeze, a break from Madrid's scorching summer heat. This doesn't mean you will be cold in the winter, far from it, the heating units in each room mean that you can set the temperature to whatever you want.
Tetúan is a very lively neighbourhood known for its street art. You will never be bored here - whether it is satisfying your inner shopaholic on Calle de Orense, cheering on Real Madrid at the nearby Barnabéu stadium, or having a caña and some tapas in a local bar. In terms of practicalities, the apartment is 5 minutes away from an Aldi supermarket.
