There are rooms for rent in this 5-bedroom apartment on Calle de Antonio López. The spacious apartment is 110 m² and offers a fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area to share a meal with your flatmates. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, and another separate toilet.
This lovely area has lots of parks nearby and many historical landmarks. You will be well connected to the rest of the city, and have plenty of places to dine out nearby. You will also be within walking distance of the beautiful Madrid Rio Park.

- The dining area is a great place to enjoy your meals and get to know your flatmates.
- Each room is very well-lit and bright with white walls.
- You will be in a very well-connected area with plenty of public transport nearby.
- There is a grocery store just down the road making your shopping a breeze.

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
