There are cozy rooms available to rent in this 85 m², 3-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlady. On the 9th floor of a building in Moratalaz, you have views of the greenery and tall apartment buildings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room, a large living room/dining room, and a private bathroom for you and your roommate to share.
Moratalaz is a great neighborhood if you are looking to live in a big city but want a more peaceful and residential atmosphere. This area is full of parks that are always filled with people and has all the basics: bars, restaurants, and local shops. You have an Alcampo (large grocery chain) right across the street, as well as a café and pharmacy.

Bedroom 1 is a bright and cozy room furnished with a single bed, desk, and a large shelving unit. You also have a built-in wardrobe.
What we liked the most
- Marcos, our Homechecker, loved the views.
- You will only have to share the bathroom with 1 other person.
