There is one room to rent in this homey 4-bedroom apartment. The living room has some couches and a TV. In the kitchen, you'll find a ton of counter space and cabinets. When you're done cooking, you can just put all the dishes in the dishwasher. There is one shared bathroom, which has a bathtub.
To the north of the center, this property is in a mainly residential area. It's near the huge park, Parque Pinar del Rey, which also houses the concert hall, Auditorio Pilar Garcia Peña. About 12 minutes away, there is a gym and post office. In your free time, you might want to check out the events on at the cultural center, Centro Cultural Carril del Conde.
