This spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a room for rent includes a furnished living room. The fully equipped kitchen also includes storage. There are two bathrooms. The restroom for the tenants includes a walk-in shower. Bright natural light flows throughout the space via the large windows and terrace. Don't miss out on the awesome views!
Puente de Vallecas is a quiet district of Madrid with many everyday amenities, like shops and supermarkets. Gran Via is just a 30-minute train ride away from the apartment from the El Pozo train station. You can also take the El Pozo train to get to Palacio Real in about 40 minutes from the apartment.

- This neighborhood is just close enough to the inner city to enjoy all of the sights, but just far enough to miss all of the inner city bustle.
