- This is a 10th floor apartment with an elevator so you won't need to climb up all those stairs (phew!).
- There is AC to keep you cool during the warmer months.
- You'll find public transport nearby so you can easily get around Madrid.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom in this apartment.
- There is no common living room available, however the generous sized bedroom means you'll have plenty of space to relax.
- The dining table can be removed from the room if the tenant wants to.
